Kyivstar Mobile Safety is a tracker application for Android devices that provides location tracking for your loved ones and offers smartphone protection in case of loss or theft. The application includes features such as phone locking, locating, and retrieval through its 24/7 support service.

The app also notifies users about air alarms and displays air alarm zones throughout Ukraine. This feature is particularly useful in areas where street sirens might not be audible, ensuring that users have an alternative way to stay informed and maintain situational awareness. The application receives air alarm information from the official alarm map of Ukraine, enabling users to respond promptly to potential dangers.

Why do you need a tracker application?

• With this app, you can easily check the safety of your relatives located in different districts of Ukraine and receive notifications if there are any air alarms in their area.
• You can track your child's route to school in the morning and receive confirmation when they arrive home in the evening.

The tracker also offers additional features:

1. Create groups to track the movements of specific individuals, such as family members or employees.
2. Invite friends, family, or anyone from your contact list to join the tracking group by sending an invitation code through various messaging apps.
3. Mark dangerous and safe zones on the map, allowing you to identify areas such as abandoned houses or schools.

Kyivstar Mobile Safety not only protects your smartphone in case of loss or theft but also provides several measures to enhance its security:

1. You can remotely lock your smartphone through the application's personal account or support service, safeguarding it from unauthorized access.
2. The application includes a loud anti-theft alarm that acts as a siren, making it difficult for thieves to silence or disable the sound.
3. You have the ability to remotely activate the main or front camera of your lost device, allowing you to capture photos of potential thieves. These photos will be immediately available in your personal account.
4. The app can track the geolocation of your smartphone via GPS, providing you with real-time control over its movements.
5. In case of theft or loss, you can remotely delete all important data from your smartphone, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and preventing access to various applications and accounts.

The Kyivstar Mobile Safety service establishes communication with whoever finds the lost phone and offers a reward. If the smartphone cannot be found within 14 days, the service also provides monetary compensation up to UAH 7,000. Additionally, the service arranges free-of-charge courier delivery for returned smartphones.

To activate the service:

1. Install the mobile application on your Android smartphone (version 5.0 or higher).
2. Choose a package starting from UAH 7 per week.
3. Configure smartphone protection features and invite your relatives to join.
4. Take advantage of the free 7-day trial before subscribing to the service.
